We exclusively use the grapes from our small organic vineyard to produce our wines, and we personally oversee the entire production process, from harvesting to bottling, all the way through to sales.

Natural and Traditional Winemaking: Our Philosophy

Harvest usually takes place around mid-October, and the grapes are immediately transported to our winery and processed. We approach winemaking in the most natural way possible, allowing fermentation to occur spontaneously without resorting to filtration or clarification processes, relying instead on periodic rackings.

We refrain from using any additives, and the use of sulfites is kept to a minimum.

Rosso IGT Terre Siciliane 2021

Del Maestro

Produced from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grape varieties, with spontaneous fermentation following a 10-day maceration on the skins. The wine is aged in stainless steel for 12 months and then rests horizontally in bottles for an additional 12 months before being released for sale.

This wine displays a ruby red color and intense aromas, with notes of ripe cherries and forest fruits. It pairs well with dishes such as legumes, grilled meats, and flavorful pasta dishes. Alcohol content is 13% by volume.

Etna Rosato DOC Biologico 2022

Contrada Carpene

Produced from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grape varieties. The grapes undergo only a few hours of skin maceration before fermenting naturally with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers. After fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and continues to mature in stainless steel for approximately 7 months before bottling.

MULSUM EXPERIENCE

A multisensory experience to lead you to the essence of our business reality.

We will welcome you inside our small late 19th-century “palmento” where you will hear its history, and then we’ll stroll together through the vineyard to get to know up close the place where the wines you will taste originate. You’ll enjoy the wines under the gentle shade of our wisteria while your gaze wanders over the blue horizon of the Ionian coast, accompanied by the winemaker’s words and a selection of typical local dishes of the season.

After the tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our holistic apiary and linger inside for a brief but intense moment of relaxation immersed in the hive’s breath.

The experience lasts approximately two and a half hours and costs €25.00 per person. A minimum of 4 people is required.

Booking is ESSENTIAL, according to the following availability:
